5,555 units fixed · $QNTC token live · one vault

Two markets pay in. Only NFT holders get paid out.

Quanttec Labs is 5,555 quantum-unit NFTs backed by the $QNTC token. Every token trade and every NFT resale both feed the same vault — and the vault only ever pays the 5,555 unit holders, never token holders on their own.

01 · WHERE THE FEES COME FROM

One vault. Two markets feeding it.

$QNTC and the Quanttec Labs NFTs trade on separate markets, but every fee either one generates lands in the same place.

SOURCE 01 · TOKEN

$QNTC trading tax

Every buy and sell of the $QNTC token pays a tax, collected in ETH, that goes straight into the shared vault.

3%

SOURCE 02 · NFT

NFT secondary royalty

Every resale of a Quanttec Labs unit on any marketplace pays a royalty, also in ETH, into the same vault.

5%

$QNTC tax + NFT royalty → one vault → split only across the 5,555 NFT holders

02 · MECHANISM

Nobody runs the vault. It runs itself.

Five steps happen, in order, every time the vault pays out — token holders who don't also hold a unit are never part of the split.

01

Token trades

$QNTC changes hands. The 3% tax in ETH routes into the vault automatically.

02

NFTs trade

A Quanttec Labs unit resells. The 5% royalty in ETH lands in that same vault.

03

The vault accumulates

Both fee streams mix together. There's no function that lets anyone pull funds out except the payout itself.

04

Anyone triggers it

Any wallet can call the distributor with the current NFT holder list — unit IDs and owners, never amounts.

05

NFT holders get paid

The vault splits pro-rata across the 5,555 units, pays the caller a bounty, and sends ETH straight to unit holder wallets.

One square, one unit. 5,555 in total.

Net vault cut is 2.5% of token volume (after 0.5% treasury) and 3.5% of NFT volume (after 1% caller bounty and 0.5% treasury).

Illustrative only — not a projection, guarantee, or offer. Either market can go quiet, and payouts follow volume down to zero. Figures are pre-gas and denominated in ETH on-chain; USD shown here for readability.

05 · QUESTIONS

Reasonable concerns.

If I only hold $QNTC, do I get paid?+

No. The vault pays out exclusively to wallets holding a Quanttec Labs unit at the moment of distribution. Holding $QNTC without a unit funds the vault but doesn't earn a share of it.

Why route token fees to NFT holders instead of token holders?+

It's a deliberate design choice: $QNTC is built to fund the unit economy, and the 5,555 units are the only thing that earns from it. It concentrates the reward in a fixed, non-inflating supply.

Is this a security or an investment product?+

No. Quanttec Labs is a collectible with a built-in fee-sharing mechanism, and $QNTC is a utility token that funds it. Neither is a share, a fund, or a promise of return, and nothing here is financial advice.

What if nobody triggers the vault?+

Anyone can call it, and the 1% bounty (taken from the NFT-side fee) makes it worth someone's gas. If nobody does, ETH just keeps accumulating rather than going anywhere else.

Can whoever triggers it cheat the split?+

The caller submits a holder list — unit IDs and addresses, never amounts. The contract checks current on-chain ownership itself and rejects any list that doesn't match.

Can I lose money?+

Yes, on both sides. Tokens and NFTs are both volatile, secondary volume can dry up on either market, and prices can fall well below what you paid. Only spend what you could set on fire.
